Synopsis

Four individual stories offer multicultural perspectives -- from an Asian liquor store owner to a white L.A.P.D. officer to a black man returning to South Central -- surrounding the racially charged L.A. riots spawned by the 1992 Rodney King verdict. Mario Van Peebles, Cicely Tyson and Luke Perry lead the talented casts of these intensely emotional tales portraying a day in the life of Angelenos during the infamous historical event.
