Synopsis

Tasked with taking down Lin Quin, a notorious heroin trafficker, narcotics agent Nick works his way up the ranks of the drug syndicate. When ailing Quin taps Nick as his successor, the once-earnest cop struggles to determine where his loyalty lies.
