Synopsis

After two teenagers disappear, writer Paul Grogan (William Katt) and P.I. Maggie McNamara (Alexandra Paul) investigate a government test plant, where the United States Army has created a school of genetically altered, flesh-devouring piranhas. The slimy creatures must be stopped when they're released unintentionally into Lost River Lake's waters and threaten the lives of the community's residents.
