Synopsis

In the third season of creator David E. Kelley's quirky hit series set in Rome, Wis., Jill (Kathy Baker) fills in as mayor just as a busing debate exposes the town's racial divides -- with Jimmy (Tom Skerritt) trying to stay in the middle. Meanwhile, Max (Lauren Holly) and Kenny (Costas Mandylor) struggle with their budding romance, and Littleton (Don Cheadle) woos his 18-year-old assistant. Guest stars include James Coburn and Courtney B. Vance.
