Synopsis

Gary Sinise turns in an Emmy-winning performance as George Wallace, the notorious four-term governor of Alabama who used his power and influence to block desegregation, declaring "segregation now, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever." John Frankenheimer directs this made-for-television biopic that also features Mare Winningham in an Emmy-winning performance and Golden Globe winner Angelina Jolie in one of her first lead roles.
