Synopsis

Actor Christopher Lee serves as host for this collection of 11 short films based on the creepy tales contained in Edgar Allan Poe's book of the same name. The author's macabre vision is on full display in these celluloid versions of some of his most famous stories, including "The Tell-Tale Heart," "The Pit and the Pendulum," "The Fall of the House of Usher," "The Black Cat" and "The Cask of Amontillado."
