Synopsis

When an explosion traps a group of commuters, including outdoorsman Roy Nord (Viggo Mortensen), in a tunnel 72 feet beneath the Hudson River, former medical services chief Kit Latura (Sylvester Stallone) races to save the trapped survivors before they drown in the flooding passageway.
